Dementia UK is seeking a Mass Participation Assistant (Engagement) to support the delivery of our mass participation fundraising programme. You will engage supporters daily via phone, email, SMS and online communities, and help maintain efficient systems that underpin our campaigns.
You will contribute to improving the supporter journey, create engaging social content, and collaborate with Virtual Events and Owned Products teams.
