Human Resources Manager – East London (Onsite, Full-Time)
MATERNITY COVER FOR ONE YEAR
Salary: £45,000 base + monthly bonus (c. £5,500 annually) + benefits
We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a standalone Human Resources Manager role based in East London , working onsite five days per week .
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on elements of HR — from shaping people strategy and culture, to managing day-to-day operations, employee relations, and compliance.
The Role
You’ll lead the delivery of a proactive, people-focused HR function that supports both organisational goals and employee wellbeing. Working closely with senior management, you’ll provide expert advice across all areas of HR including:
- Employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- HR policy development and compliance
- Recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Learning, wellbeing, and benefits initiatives
- HR reporting, analytics, and data management
About You
We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage the full HR remit, from strategy through to day-to-day operations. You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in a standalone HR role , or leading a small HR function
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and a solid grounding in UK employment law
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture
The Package
- £45,000 base salary
- Annual bonus around £5,500 (paid monthly)
