Hybrid Colleague Engagement & Events Lead

Nationwide is seeking a Colleague Engagement Manager, Events, to support planning and delivery of internal and customer events across Business Banking. You’ll manage venues, suppliers and agendas from brief to delivery, ensuring clear objectives, audiences and measures of success.

You’ll work with senior speakers, manage budgets and schedules, and build on brand standards to create inclusive, engaging experiences.
