VOI seeks an experienced PMO/Tender Manager to shape its international public-sector tender process and ensure readiness across markets. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, from market prep to submission, coordinating Legal, Operations, Tech and Content to meet regulatory requirements.
You will lead pre-tender planning, establish PMO practices, manage stakeholders, and drive governance for successful tenders, with a focus on compliance and timely decision-making.
