Job Description:
Hays Construction are recruiting a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager for a flagship life sciences development in Oxford. You will report to the Project Manager and act as the site’s number two, taking ownership of day-to-day site operations, safety, quality and programme delivery.
The role requires a proven track record with a main contractor on refurbishment and new build schemes, strong leadership and collaboration with designers, consultants and clients.
