Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project leadership: Lead technology projects frominitiation through delivery, transition, and closure, ensuring outcomesare delivered to scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Delivery planning, governance andfinancial control: Developand maintain robust delivery plans, governance structures, RAID controls,and budget tracking/forecasting.
• Risk, scope and change management: Proactively manage project risks,issues, assumptions, dependencies, scope changes, and decision-makingprocesses.
• Stakeholder management and executivereporting: Engage andinfluence senior business and technology stakeholders, providing clear,timely, and accurate reporting to executive audiences.
• Supplier and dependency management: Coordinate internal and externalsuppliers, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure alignment todelivery milestones.
• Operational readiness, servicetransition and benefits realisation: Ensure solutions are operationally ready,transitioned effectively into service, and positioned to realise intendedbusiness benefits.
• Strong background in programmegovernance and planning .
• Demonstrable experience with budgetownership and forecasting .
• Experience working across Agile,Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies .
• Strong track record of executivestakeholder management .

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP , MSP , or PgMP certification.
• Experience working in globalorganisations .
• Experience in energy , financialservices , or other heavily regulated industries .
