Connect2Dorset is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant for Dorset Council’s ERP Transformation Programme. Hybrid role requiring on-site attendance at Dorchester DT1 1XJ with UK Local Government and Oracle Fusion experience.

The successful candidate will translate service requirements into practical Oracle Fusion Core HR and UK Payroll designs, challenge SI outputs, and drive data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare to ensure payroll accuracy and compliant workforce management.
