Plant Manager: Lead Production, People & Performance

Marshalls plc is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our Howley Park site. You will oversee all production activities, ensure compliance and health and safety, and drive a performance-driven culture that prioritises ownership and development of people.

You will work closely with the National Operations Manager to deliver site KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean methods and modern manufacturing practices to sustain Marshalls’ leadership in the UK market.
