We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.

This is a senior, hands-on production role for a Bentley Systems specialist with proven expertise in creating CAD models and asset data, together with strong Autodesk Civil 3D and BIM workflow experience. The successful candidate will work with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to transform design information, survey data, and existing-condition data into reliable, client-ready deliverables.

What You Will Do:

  • Create and maintain detailed civil engineering drawings (CAD) and 3D models usingBentley Systems base open roads and Open budlings , strong fumiler with Civil 3dand AutoCAD.
  • Develop coordinated BIM deliverables from design drawings, survey data, as-built documentation, and other project inputs.
  • Produce surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading models, pipe networks, sections, and construction documentation.
  • Create existing-condition models from LiDAR scans and registered point clouds, where applicable.
  • Translate 2D engineering drawings into coordinated 3D models, working directly with designers to capture design intent.
  • Utilities & Existing Conditions: Incorporate survey data, point clouds, and subsurface utility information into models, with an understanding of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) practices and exposure to standards such as PAS128 (UK) or ASCE 38-22 (US).
  • Update models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle and maintain clear version control.
  • Develop and improve templates, standards, object libraries, and repeatable modeling workflows.
  • Coordinate model exchanges and resolve data-quality issues with multidisciplinary contributors.
  • Manage assigned tasks independently and deliver high-quality work within project schedules.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience inBentley OpenRoads, MicroStation, and BIM modeling, preferably on infrastructureprojects.
  • Strong experience withCivil 3D andAutoCAD, with knowledge ofOpenBuildings Designer(OBD) or Revitconsidered an advantage.
  • Proven ability todevelopaccurate 2D drawingsand coordinated 3DBIM modelsfromengineering, survey, andexisting-condition data.
  • Strong understanding ofcivil engineering drawings, survey information, coordinatesystems, spatial data, and model setup.
  • Experience delivering BIM/CAD work withinProjectWise environments, including structured workflowsand client standards.
  • Understanding ofBIM standards anddelivery requirements, including ISO 19650, BEPs, and clientspecifications.
  • Experience withinfrastructure projectssuch as roads, railways, drainage, utilities, land development, ormajor structures.
  • StrongQA/QC, attentionto detail, problem-solving, and abilityto work independentlywhile managing multipleassignmentsand deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborateeffectively withengineers, multidisciplinaryproject teams, andclients,with good technicalEnglish.
  • Experience incorporatingsurvey data, pointclouds, LiDAR, laserscans, or GISdatainto CAD/BIMmodels is anadvantage.
  • Experience withscan-to-BIM/ point-cloud-to-CADworkflows.
  • Hands-on experiencewithOpenBuildings Designer (OBD)and 3D MEPmodeling.
  • Proficiency inReCap, Revit, InfraWorks, Navisworks, or similar tools.
  • Experience developingCAD/BIM standards, templates, automation,or production workflows.
