Customer Engineering Manager — Build High-Impact Teams

Rightmove in London’s Soho is hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional product teams in the Customer domain. You’ll enable teams to deliver value, coach engineers, and align priorities with Product Managers while ensuring sustainable delivery on our NodeJS and Java (Spring Boot) stack on Google Cloud Platform.

You’ll partner with PMs, tech leads, and architects to shape the engineering organisation, grow talent, hire well, and scale systems.
