Senior ML Research Engineer — AI for Drug Discovery

SandboxAQ is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for the AQCell virtual cell platform. You will build models predicting transcriptomic responses and functional endpoints, working with large biological datasets to scale the pipeline from experimentation to production.

You will collaborate across computational biology, software engineering, and product teams, documenting methods and results. A strong ML and data-management background in life sciences is required.
