Corporate Finance Senior Associate

An ambitious and growing Corporate Finance advisory team is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to support the execution of a wide range of M&A transactions across the UK mid-market.

Working closely with Directors and Partners, you will gain exposure to both buy-side and sell-side mandates, taking responsibility for financial analysis, marketing materials, client management, due diligence coordination, and transaction execution.

Key requirements:

• Previous M&A experience
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• A commercially minded and proactive approach
• Strong drive and ambition
