Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes in the West Midlands, including Walsall. You will lead Registered Managers, drive quality, governance and commercial performance, and partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards.
This role is based on site with travel between services; a strong clinical background in older people’s care and experience across multiple homes is essential.
