Strategic Head of Law, Planning & Regulation

Liverpool City Council seeks an inspirational Head of Law – Planning and Regulatory to lead strategic legal work across planning and regulatory functions. You will advise the Cabinet, senior management, and help shape governance and policy across the council.

You will lead a high-performing team of lawyers, drive continuous improvement, foster innovation and collaboration, and work with external stakeholders to deliver outcomes. You may act as deputy monitoring officer when required.
