Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across building services systems
- Complete inspections, testing and certification including EICRs per BS 7671 and site requirements
- Support electrical projects and system upgrades with technical input and safe implementation
- Review risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality and asset performance
Key requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Electrical Maintenance or equivalent qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in commercial, industrial or regulated maintenance environment
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance, fault finding and testing procedures
- Ability to work safely within site procedures and permit systems
- Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification would be advantageous
