Core Ops – Equity Trade Operations Analyst

Overview

In this role you support global equity trade operations by analyzing and resolving exceptions across accounts and products. You act as a technical SME, collaborating with cross-functional partners to diagnose issues and implement timely solutions. You will drive continuous improvement and may lead small projects, contributing to efficient, compliant operations. Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve exceptions across accounts and products in a specific area
• Determine appropriate actions and involve stakeholders to implement solutions
• Collaborate with Lead Analyst on complex issues and oversee projects
• Lead small to moderately sized internal or external projects
• Perform and monitor daily production tasks to identify and resolve exceptions
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the area
• Apply business judgment to recommend improvements and implement solutions
• Collaborate with legal & compliance, trading, core operations, and vendors to move the business forward
• Handle trade confirmation, processing, settlement and claims for global equity markets
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities
