The Role
Real Estate sits at the heart of the firm, forming its second largest department worldwide.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on complex matters which include:
- Negotiating property agreements i.e. easements, leases, land acquisitions
- Land rights & title matters
- Negotiating on infrastructure agreements
- Liaising with local authorities in relation to Energy work
Having recently secured several new contracts/tenders, the firm are looking to recruit in line with the growth strategy of the department.
