Consultant – Real Estate Advisory

Overview

As a Consultant in Real Estate Advisory, you help clients transform how their buildings support their strategy. You will combine data-driven analysis with strategic business cases to unlock funding and realise real estate value. You work with cross-functional teams across public and private sectors, translating complex problems into actionable real estate solutions. This role offers exposure to varied sectors and a path to influence client outcomes and growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and tailor real estate solutions
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support business cases and estate solutions
• Provide expert advice on current real estate and sector trends
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time and budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and prepare proposals

Key requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry
• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment
• Proven experience authoring strategic documents including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
• Experience in at least one relevant sector (Defence, Local Government, Central Government, Healthcare, Education, Commercial) and understanding of relevant policies and procurement
• Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs
