Overview
In this role you will support the CFO and the Executive team, translating strategy into delivery plans and ensuring cross-functional initiatives stay on track. You will manage the Exec operating rhythm, prepare decision materials, and track actions through to completion, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Internal Communications. The position requires discreet handling of confidential matters and the ability to challenge senior leaders to keep programs on schedule. This is a high-trust, founder-led environment with broad scope to shape how the Exec operates and delivers impact.

Responsibilities
- Run the operating rhythm for Exec and leadership meetings, including papers and actions
- Turn meeting outcomes into delivery plans and track progress to completion
- Translate strategy into clear priorities and measurable actions
- Project manage cross-functional initiatives and flag dependencies or resourcing issues
- Own important issues across functions and assemble the right people to move them forward
- Prepare analyses and briefing materials for major decisions
- Represent the Exec’s viewpoint in meetings and report progress to Exec
- Identify risks and opportunities for Exec attention with proposed next steps
- Coordinate with Senior Governance Manager to join up Exec and Board processes
- Support alignment between Exec and the wider business with Internal Communications
Key requirements
- Experienced project or programme manager with recognised PM qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or PMP)
- Experience in Chief of Staff/Executive office/strategy/PMO role in a large, complex or multi-territory business
- Ability to build trusted relationships at Executive/Director level and hold leaders to account
- Ability to understand senior leaders’ viewpoints and represent them when not present
- Commercially minded with ability to turn strategy into practical plans and measurable outcomes
- Analytically strong with data-driven recommendations and briefing papers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Discreet and trustworthy handling confidential matters
- Proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and ownership-oriented
- Confident using Microsoft Office, AI and project management tools to plan, track and report on delivery
