Responsibilities
- Advise on a varied mix of domestic and cross-border corporate matters
- Lead or support on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions
- Assist with group restructurings and corporate governance matters
- Contribute to corporate advisory projects across Tech and Health & Social Care sectors
- Collaborate with partners and national colleagues to manage transactions end-to-end
- Develop client relationships and participate in business development initiatives
Key requirements
- 3-6 years’ PQE in a corporate team (regional or national)
- Experience supporting M&A, private equity and VC matters
- Strong drafting, analytical and technical skills
- Commercial awareness and pragmatic problem solving
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
