Responsibilities

• Keep the Corporate team informed on legal and regulatory developments
• Produce reader-friendly internal updates and guidance
• Deliver engaging legal training and know-how sharing
• Develop and maintain templates and boilerplate documents
• Support the use of AI tools and legal technology
• Drive a consistent client knowledge offering (insights, horizon scanning, multi-jurisdictional overviews)
• Address queries on current law and practice
• Collaborate with Corporate Knowledge Lawyers, Partners, and wider business services
• Contribute to Corporate Knowledge strategy and firm initiatives

Key requirements

• Excellent knowledge of corporate law, regulation and transactional practice
• Strong ability to present information clearly in writing and verbally
• Proactive, organized, self-motivated approach
• Experience in private practice, in-house, academia, or an existing knowledge role
• Confidence managing technical content and supporting fee earners
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for legal training, know-how development and innovation
• Interest in technology and its application to corporate legal services
