Overview
As a Senior Digital Consultant you guide client organisations through advisory and implementation of digital strategies, data analytics, AI adoption, and product development. You will work closely with clients to understand goals, assess current capabilities, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes. You’ll support the growth of digital services, contribute to bids, and help scale repeatable offerings. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on delivery across cross‑functional teams, inside a global digital community.

Responsibilities
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and opportunities to guide them through the digital era
- Develop and nurture client relationships via project work, workshops, pitches, and showcases of digital offerings
- Leverage data and technologies to help clients realize value from assets
- Assess current digital processes and capabilities across functions and asset classes
- Prioritize digital initiatives that deliver maximum value and impact
- Support development and implementation of robust Information Management practices for structured, governed project data
- Apply Change Management principles to ensure smooth digital adoption and sustained engagement
- Support design and implementation of information security controls
- Provide project management support for consultancy commissions (cost, risk, schedule)
- Lead client workshops using Design Thinking and facilitation tools (e.g., Miro)
- Engage with Work Winning and Client Account Managers on consultancy leads and tenders
- Support pre-qualification, tender responses, proposals and case studies
- Promote and develop digital service offerings internally and create case studies and thought leadership
- Package consultancy deliverables into repeatable offerings and feed lessons learned back into the business
- Support research on digital innovation to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful digital solution implementation
Key requirements
- Experience delivering strategic consultancy in infrastructure or related sectors
- Ability to combine Asset Management, Project Management, Information Management and data skills on digital projects
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical analytics teams
- Experience influencing non-technical executive stakeholders
- Experience supporting business development, customer acquisition and retention
