Overview

In this field role you drive change across Ambu’s Pulmonology portfolio in both acute and non-acute settings. You’ll engage a broad NHS and private-sector stakeholder base, promoting bronchoscopes and airway management devices. You’ll own your territory with a flexible, in-field schedule and focus on delivering health-economic value. You help shape adoption through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven storytelling, contributing to Ambu’s ambitious growth in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify opportunities by identifying customer needs and key decision makers
  • Convey health-economic arguments to non-clinical stakeholders using technical data
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of activity and opportunities
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline to Regional Sales Manager, Pulmonology
  • Gather market intelligence and prepare effective presentations
  • Meet stakeholders face-to-face in-field and support product use in clinical settings
  • Engage with procurement, directors and clinical staff to drive adoption

Key requirements

  • Proven NHS sales experience with a successful track record
  • NHS clinical experience or credible clinical understanding
  • Commercial credibility including price/value discussions and negotiation
  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently
  • Personable, outgoing, ambitious, capable of engaging all levels
  • Able to identify issues affecting key customers and communicate them effectively
  • Full clean driving license; willingness to travel and attend meetings
  • Theatre Access Course (preferred)
