Overview
In this role you will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion within a reputable Dorset firm. You will work autonomously while contributing to an experienced, collaborative team and help nurture junior colleagues. You will handle high-value and complex transactions and build strong client relationships. The position offers autonomy, client-focused service, and opportunities to mentor while engaging in business development.

Responsibilities
- Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
- Manage remortgages
- Process transfers of equity
- Oversee new build transactions
- Work on shared ownership matters
- Tackle high-value and complex residential property transactions
- Manage files from instruction to completion and registration
- Provide excellent client care throughout the process
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Build/refine referrer and client relationships
- Participate in networking, marketing and business development
Key requirements
- Around 10 years’ PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
- Strong track record of independently managing a busy caseload
- Excellent technical knowledge across residential property matters
- Experience handling more complex and high-value transactions
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to the wider team
