Responsibilities

  • Support and, when ready, lead building safety projects across residential portfolios
  • Provide technical advice on building safety and defects identification
  • Develop remedial solutions and support compliance with building safety legislation
  • Contribute to safety case documentation and resident engagement materials
  • Assist with regulatory submissions and regulatory approvals
  • Collaborate with design, contract administration and fire safety disciplines
  • Manage project risk and drive safety outcomes for clients
  • Support higher-risk building projects and client relationship development
  • Participate in mentoring, training and professional development activities

Key requirements

  • Background in building safety, architecture or related discipline
