Senior Product Analyst (IC2), SEND

Overview

Senior Product Analyst in Wise’s Global Send Experience team shapes how money moves across borders. You will combine customer, product and market data to identify friction and new use cases, helping prioritize features and guide the product from idea to launch at scale. Through experimentation and measurement, you’ll define success metrics and ensure data credibility to influence cross-functional decisions. This role offers impact at a global scale, shaping the Send experience for millions of customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify friction in the sending experience and uncover cross-border use cases by analyzing customer, product, and market data
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Analysts to size opportunities and prioritize work
• Define and monitor success metrics, ensuring data foundations support decision making
• Design and run experiments to evaluate product changes and their impact on customers
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders

Key requirements

• Strong SQL skills with experience in large, complex datasets
• Experience using data to drive product decisions from problem definition to opportunity sizing and measurement
• Solid understanding of experimentation and statistics in a product context
• Python or R experience
• Ability to explain complex findings clearly to varied audiences
• Curiosity about customer behavior and ability to distinguish insights from noise
