Overview

In this role you lead enterprise-level, multi-domain programs across EMEA Operations, aligning cross-functional initiatives to drive reliable, scalable data center operations. You shape execution strategy, governance, and risk mitigation for complex infrastructure programs with executive visibility. You work with senior leaders to optimize sequencing and manage interdependencies, supporting growth and efficiency across markets. Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level, multi-workstream programs spanning operational functions and systems
• Define execution architecture, sequencing strategy, and cross-program dependency alignment
• Prioritize and sequence concurrent initiatives to minimize systemic risk and conflicts
• Establish governance frameworks for high-impact initiatives
• Align scope, sequencing tradeoffs, and resource implications across functional leaders
• Evaluate interdependencies to optimize integration timing and reduce risk
• Anticipate scaling constraints and operational friction points beyond a single initiative
• Facilitate resolution of cross-functional conflicts among senior leaders
• Ensure readiness, validation, and mitigation strategies for programs with broad impact
• Advise executives on sequencing feasibility, tradeoffs, and impact
• Present executive updates quantifying risk and operational impact
• Define and elevate TPM standards, frameworks, and delivery maturity
• Mentor Technical Program Managers on structure, sequencing, and risk mitigation
• Operate in ambiguous environments and define structure for complex initiatives

Key requirements

• 15+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs
• Experience guiding enterprise-level initiatives with multiple workstreams
• Proven ability to influence senior operational and technical stakeholders
• Experience resolving cross-program dependencies and systemic integration challenges
• Working knowledge of data center infrastructure models and reliability frameworks
• Experience supporting automation-enabled or AI-driven operational environments
• Advanced systems thinking and execution architecture capabilities
• Executive-level communication and influence without direct authority
• Ability to resolve cross-functional conflicts and operate in ambiguity
• Travel up to 20% (may increase)
