Overview
In this role, you partner with Global HR and the business to drive strategic HR projects and provide data-driven insights. You’ll support transformation initiatives, process improvements, and new services while ensuring quality and compliance across MUFG’s global network. You will engage stakeholders across time zones and cultivate best practices in HR Solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic HR engagements within Global Human Resources and the wider business
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable recommendations
- Coordinate interviews, focus groups, and workshops with stakeholders at all levels
- Contribute to communities of practice (change management, process excellence, design thinking)
- Promote HR Solutions methodologies and best practices across the organisation
- Support cyclical HR processes with robust analytical backing and milestone tracking
- Create compelling presentations and dashboards using MS Office tools
- Engage with global teams across Americas, APAC, and EMEA
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Identify alternative paths to achieve objectives amid ambiguity or changing requirements
Key requirements
- Experience delivering results in high-pressure, matrixed environments
- Exposure to Talent Management, L&D, Organisational Culture, Performance, Reward, HRBP, or Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration across diverse teams
- Proven ability to work across cultures in global organisations
- Ability to analyse data sets to inform evidence-based recommendations
- Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook/Teams)
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Copilot or Power BI is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related fields
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
