Overview

In this role you lead global sourcing strategies across a broad portfolio to enable international growth and supply chain resilience. You work closely with cross-functional partners to shape supplier partnerships, optimise logistics networks, and execute transformation programs that deliver commercial value. You will drive category management, supplier qualification, and governance for a scalable, global supply network. This is a strategic, transformation-focused position with significant impact on cost, service, and risk. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the global supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Global Category Management: develop and implement sourcing strategies across diverse categories and consolidate spend
  • Supplier & Third-Party Product Strategy: build relationships, qualify and onboard suppliers, monitor performance
  • Logistics & Distribution Network Development: design future-state logistics strategy and optimise regional fulfilment
  • Distribution, Warehousing & Logistics Partner Management: select/manage 2PL/3PL providers and establish SLAs
  • Trade Compliance & Logistics Governance: support trade compliance and optimise landed costs
  • Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Leadership: lead RFQs, benchmarking, cost models, and contract negotiations
  • Supply Chain Risk & Continuous Improvement: identify risks, develop dual-sourcing/contingency plans, drive transformation initiatives

Key requirements

  • Significant experience in Strategic Procurement, Category Management, Global Sourcing, or Supply Chain Strategy
  • Experience managing complex global supplier portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, logistics operations, and supply chain optimisation
  • Proven track record negotiating supplier agreements and delivering commercial value
  • Strong analytical, commercial, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience delivering business transformation and change initiatives
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
