Senior Consultant (Solution Implementation) — ETM.next (UK)

Overview

As a Solution Implementation Senior Consultant, you will shape and deliver ETM.next for UK clients, translating business needs into functional configurations and guiding cross-functional teams. You’ll lead end-to-end implementations and ensure customers adopt new ways of working that unlock asset lifecycle value. You work closely with sales, development and support to drive the product forward in the UK market. A strong proactive mindset will help you grow ETM.next in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ETM.next implementations from discovery to go-live with the global product team
• Run design workshops to clarify requirements and assess solution fit
• Translate client requirements into functional specs and user stories for development
• Configure ETM.next modules and integrate with SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems
• Plan and manage testing cycles including UAT and go-live readiness
• Deliver client training to enable day-one confidence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, development and support
• Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
• Capture client insights for the product roadmap and thought leadership
• Support business development, opportunity qualification and client presentations
• Build strong client relationships and champion ETM.next benefits across key sectors

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management, Supply Chain, Business or related field or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years in SAP implementation, equipment or fleet management, or asset lifecycle solutions
• Working familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and cloud-based enterprise applications
• Clear interest in how technology enables business goals, with IT strategy or enterprise architecture grounding
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
• Willingness to travel as project needs require
