Overview
In this role you will manage a high-quality residential conveyancing caseload within a respected regional firm. You will work as part of the established Residential Property team in Poole, handling sales, purchases, and related matters while actively supporting client relationships and business development. You will contribute to team growth by delivering quality service, managing expectations, and engaging with referrers and introducers. This position offers autonomy on a strong pipeline of instrucciones and a clear path for progression.

Responsibilities
- Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
- Manage transfers of equity and remortgages
- Oversee new build transactions and Help to Buy/shared ownership matters
- From instruction to completion, manage conveyancing caseload
- Develop/refine relationships with referrers and introducers
- Participate in marketing, networking and business development initiatives
- Support team growth and contribute to client relationship strategies
Key requirements
- 4+ years’ PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
- Strong technical knowledge across residential property matters
- Proven track record of independently managing a full conveyancing caseload
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with referrers and professional contacts
- Strong organizational and file management skills
- Ability to balance quality, efficiency and client expectations
