Overview

In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire top talent. You’ll lead the full lifecycle and ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience, while applying DHL’s resourcing strategy. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple vacancies and stakeholder needs. Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define attraction strategies and sourcing methods
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practice aligned to DHL’s resourcing strategy
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders including site leaders and HR Partners
• Source and engage high-quality candidates via direct sourcing, talent pools, and external channels
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and deliver concise shortlists
• Track vacancies and provide progress updates and insights
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners when appropriate
• Utilise data and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive improvements

Key requirements

• Experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (in-house or agency)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Knowledge of candidate attraction techniques and sourcing strategies
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Knowledge of data/reporting usage (e.g., Power BI) could be advantageous
