Responsibilities

  • Advise on construction contracts, risk allocation and procurement strategies
  • Analyse project delivery structures and provide practical advice
  • Support on disputes where required to broaden your skillset
  • Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders in meetings
  • Contribute to client solutions and not solely drafting
  • Collaborate with partners to mentor and develop junior team members

Key requirements

  • 1–7 years’ PQE in construction law or strong interest in developing in this area
  • Experience in both contentious and non-contentious work (or interest in both)
  • Solid technical foundation with commercial problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication skills for client and internal stakeholder interaction
  • Proactive mindset with ownership of work and willingness to learn and contribute
