Project Manager (Consultancy) – Retail Sector

Overview

As a Project Manager you will deliver multiple fast-paced property investments programmes for major FMCG retail clients within our consultancy arm. You’ll oversee a range of investment types from fit-outs to refurbishments and asset renewals, across a UK-wide portfolio, reporting to the account/programme lead. You’ll work with design and consultant teams, manage budgets and risks, and drive KPI achievement while promoting safety and inclusion. This is an opportunity to broaden private sector delivery experience and partner with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Applying technical H&S expertise and promoting an inclusive culture

Key requirements

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development
• Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the FMCG retail sector
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise
