Mental Health Social Worker — Care Act Assessments

Swindon Borough Council is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team. You will undertake Care Act assessments, proportionate support planning and S117 needs assessments, and you will handle S42 enquiries with safeguarding considerations.

You must have a formal social work degree and be registered with Social Work England, be fluent in English, and you will need access to a car to travel across the Borough and beyond.
