Deputy Manager, Children’s Home — Lead Caring Impact

Compass Community runs children’s homes and seeks a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, child-centred care. You will work with a dedicated team to protect and nurture vulnerable young people.

In this leadership role you will supervise staff, coordinate shifts and rotas, lead staff meetings and ensure placement plans are followed, with safeguarding always at the forefront.
