Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist — Care Leader

Wight Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Community Mental Health Team on the Isle of Wight. The role will provide clinical leadership across assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for CMHS clients.

The successful candidate will work autonomously and as part of the wider team, supporting Team Leaders and the Service Manager, and collaborating with doctors, psychologists and pharmacists to optimise patient care.
