Senior Community Mental Health Lead

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust in Chelmsford is seeking a Community Mental Health Clinical Lead (Band 7) to provide professional leadership across our mental health services and lead on high-quality care.

You will oversee proactive assessment, monitoring and management of patients, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and ensure evidence-based practice in line with NICE guidance and Trust policy. This is an on-site post within a supportive, innovative Trust environment.
