Senior RMN – Lead Inpatient Mental Health Team

Cygnet St Augustine’s, part of the Cygnet Group, is looking for an outstanding Senior Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit in Stoke-on-Trent. You’ll work 42 hours per week across days, nights and alternate weekends, leading an allocated team of nurses and support workers.

You will supervise staff, manage medications, assess and plan care with service users, relatives and other clinicians, and drive quality improvement in line with NMC guidelines.
