Children’s Home Deputy Manager – 3-6 Month Contract

Zohorecruit in Coventry is seeking an experienced lead for a children’s residential home regulated by Ofsted. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure safe, nurturing, and person-centred care for children, plus operational leadership and staff supervision.

The role is 37 hours per week, fully onsite, for 3-6 months with a local authority. The position pays £27.79 per hour under an umbrella, with weekend and on-call enhancements and sleep-in payments.
