Job Description:
CLCH in Stevenage is seeking a Clinical Outreach Nurse to join the Hertfordshire Sexual Health Outreach Team, delivering innovative, community-based sexual health services.
You will provide comprehensive SH assessments, STI testing and treatment, contraception advice, vaccinations and HIV prevention, working closely with local partners to reach underserved communities.
A full UK driving licence with access to a car is required for visiting sites across Hertfordshire.
