The role focuses on owning Halo PSA, administering and improving the platform, and collaborating with the Service Desk, business operations, and technical colleagues to deliver effective technology services.
You will develop reports, enhance processes, and support users to maximise platform adoption and value, while maintaining data quality and user experience. Hybrid working is considered.
