Head of Finance & Strategy – Manufacturing

The CFO HQ in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial function in a growing UK manufacturing business. This hands-on role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day financial management to ensure robust controls and accurate reporting.

You will drive management accounting, provide commercial insight to the board, and support strategic decision-making. A fully qualified ACA/ACCA or CIM candidate with strong UK accounting standards knowledge is preferred.
