Position overview
What if you could collaborate with some of the biggest brands in life sciences to develop their people?
We are seeking an exceptional Life Sciences Learning and Customer Experience Trainer to join OTD and play a key role in delivering outstanding learning experiences for our customers across the UK, Europe and globally. This highly visible customer-facing role is responsible for delivering training and coaching, supporting strategic customer relationships, developing OTD’s business coaches and identifying opportunities to maximise the impact of our full product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face and virtual training programmes across Europe and globally x 80 days.
- Provide one-to-one and group coaching to leaders, managers and professionals.
- Facilitate workshops, assessments, team development sessions and learning events.
- Attend applicable account reviews and provide strategic L&D recommendations.
- Identify and create opportunities to maximise OTD’s full product and service portfolio.
- Support proposal development, customer pitches and solution design discussions.
- Develop and mentor OTD’s business coaches through coaching, feedback and quality assurance.
- Lead best practice sharing and contribute to coach development forums.
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions using adult learning and accelerated learning methodologies.
- Create facilitator guides, learner materials, digital resources and coaching tools.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop bespoke learning solutions.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement across OTD products and services.
- Act as an ambassador for OTD, demonstrating our OTD “DNA”, energy, values and commitment to excellence.
Key Qualifications
- Significant experience delivering training, facilitation and coaching programmes.
- Professional coaching qualification, ICF & NLP or willingness to work towards this.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
- Experience conducting learning needs analysis and recommending solutions.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel within the UK and internationally.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and accelerated learning techniques.
- Experience creating both face-to-face and virtual learning content.
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences experience desirable.
