Job Description:
Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking a People & Employee Relations Lead on a part-time fixed-term contract until 30 April 2027. You will provide strategic HR support across the Council, partnering with senior leaders to drive workforce planning and organisational change for service excellence.
The role requires CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, extensive senior HRBP/ER experience, and strong knowledge of employment law, TUPE, and union engagement.
