HR Business Partner – ER Leader in FMCG

2 Sisters Food Group in Newport (Rogerstone) is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead employee relations and absence management, partnering with senior leaders and HR colleagues. This permanent, onsite role offers influence and development in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will drive ER activity, support managers on grievances and performance, and build strong relationships with employees, managers and union representatives. CIPD Level 3 is desirable.
