Senior School HR Advisor — On-Site & Field Support

Hoople Ltd in Hereford is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to deliver high-impact HR support to schools, academies and education settings across Herefordshire. The role is hands-on, with regular travel to school sites and a mix of office and home working.

You will manage complex casework end to end, advise senior leaders, and lead on policy development and training while maintaining strong relationships with headteachers and governors.
