Senior Social Worker – Safeguarding Hub (Hybrid + Benefits)

Senior Social Worker position within the Safeguarding Hub at Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Maidenhead. This is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working and a salary of £47,831 – £52,414 per annum plus a £3,000 retention bonus subject to eligibility.

The post supports flexible working and part-time/job-share options. You will supervise staff, triage safeguarding referrals, and collaborate with partners to manage risk and protect adults at risk.
