Job Description:
RPC is seeking a Team Leader for Matter Support in London to manage Solicitor Apprentices and Paralegals across London and Bristol on a 6-month fixed-term basis. The role includes line management, supervision, training, and performance oversight, with some initial fee-earning tasks to stay hands-on.
You will work in a hybrid setup with two office days, reporting to the Senior Manager in Bristol and collaborating with the Early Talent team. Travel to Bristol is expected.
