Job Description:
Jackie Kerr Recruitment is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer for a Worcester-based manufacturer and distributor of specialist construction products.
You will develop, maintain and improve the QMS, lead audits and CAPA processes, and apply Lean and Six Sigma to cut waste and raise quality across functions.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in QA/engineering and a bachelor’s degree, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, AS9100 and IATF 16949.
